Five Minute Salad

I make salads everyday mostly to go with the dinner meal, but was crunched for time one day last week and wanted a quick healthy lunch bite. When time is short, this is all you need for the Five Minute Salad:

 In a small bowl or plate, rough chop green leaf, romaine, or iceberg lettuce; add small roma tomato; cut up one or two thin slices of cucumber; season to taste & lightly pour salad dressing on top. Grab the fork and enjoy with saltine or Ritz crackers. It's a Five Minute Salad that can be enjoyed in no time flat, Yum!
