From the story, it looks like this never-opened condo/hotel on the Vegas Strip might be imploded if the folks at MGM can get approval. Apparently there are construction flaws, but also a lot of bills still outstanding to the contractors. From the photo, it sure looks like a fabulous hotel that surely stands out on the Vegas Strip.
