This news is a bummer, but I think the hotel bookings will pick up with the economy like everything else these days. The photo shows the Marriott's newly opened Renaissance Hotel which is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta. If you're thinking about ringing in the new year in Atlanta, you just might find a great hotel rate for the stay.
