Butter sculptures churn 100-year state fair legacy - USATODAY.com
I bet there is plenty to see at the state fair and a butter sculpture is right up there. I'm sure it probably takes lots of skill to carve out the intricate parts of the object like the motorcycle shown in the photo.

Norma "Duffy" Lyon carved a life-size diary cow out of butter at the Iowa state fair for more than 40 years. In 2003 she created this motorcycle to celebrate Harley's 100th anniversary.
