Healthy Bite ->Cucumbers

We know cucumbers are delicious in salads, but they are also a healthy snack on their own. Simply slice one up and add some pepper and a bit of seasoning for taste. Take them to work in a container to enjoy at lunch or mid-afternoon snack at your desk. If you are craving something crunchy, skip the chips and munch on cucumbers. Stay cool as a cucumber and healthy too!
