Thursday's Tip of the Day

While passing by a few rental properties, I noticed some of the lawns and shrubs needed to be cut. If you have one or more rental properties, make sure to keep the lawn and shrubbery maintained on a regular basis. It will help get the property rented if someone drives by and sees how nice the home and yard looks. Think about hiring a lawn service to save time out of your busy schedule that will keep the lawn cut and weeds under control. Many communities are dealing with a lot of rentals in their neighborhoods after the housing bust. Make sure your rental has a neatly maintained yard. It won't be long before that "For Rent" sign is taken down and renter moving in.

  1. Thursday is Thors-day Thor being the Norse divine force of thunder. He is spoken to riding a chariot which is drawn by goats while using a sled. He is the defender of the Aesir, bound to slaughter and be murdered by the Midgard Serpent.
