Thursday's Tip of the Day

While passing by a few rental properties, I noticed some of the lawns and shrubs needed to be cut. If you have one or more rental properties, make sure to keep the lawn and shrubbery maintained on a regular basis. It will help get the property rented if someone drives by and sees how nice the home and yard looks. Think about hiring a lawn service to save time out of your busy schedule that will keep the lawn cut and weeds under control. Many communities are dealing with a lot of rentals in their neighborhoods after the housing bust. Make sure your rental has a neatly maintained yard. It won't be long before that "For Rent" sign is taken down and renter moving in.

TGIF ->Beautiful & Breezy

The two B's in the title of this blog post describes the day in Atlanta perfectly. We could not have asked for a more beautiful day and I adore breezes, don't you? I thought the lawn care service would be out today, but haven't seen them yet. I'm glad because I have a few windows open to let in some fresh air and I would have to keep them closed if they were mowing. Plus, I like the quiet morning without the roar of lawn mowers and stuff. I can't believe we have reached the last day of September, time sure flies. I bet there are lots of end-of-the-month projects to wrap up for many so today will be busy. In the hustle, don't forget to take a break for lunch, snack, or coffee to get refreshed. If you can, step outside on the patio at home or outside your workplace building for a sunshine break and drink plenty of water. Just a quick note of thanks to my readers who continue to provide support and positivity for my blog, you are the best!

Full of Charm

Step inside to see all it's charm. I especially like their neat backyard and all the greenery, no lawnmower required.
