Yep, that's what I'm calling this post. As many readers of my blog know, I always have one day out of the week where I spend no money. It began when I was realized that while out and about, I arrived home and had not spent any money. It wasn't intentional, but now it is and a trend I like to share. I know we need to contribute to the economy by spending money, but responsibly I might add. I'm sure there are many people helping to keep businesses, restaurants, retailers, and grocery store registers ringing. They still thrive even when we use those money-saving coupons. The phrase our parents would say when we wanted to buy something "money doesn't grow on trees" is spot on. We have to save it...if only for a day. Be Frugal!
