I didn't think Avon still had representatives going door-to-door.
Whoever was covering my neighborhood awhile back, simply tossed the
books in the driveway. It irritated the heck out of me because some
neighbors would not pick them up which began to look messy. OK, I'm a
neat freak ;-) From this story, it seems Avon is planning to restructure
due to recent net losses. I guess we'll know how that works out if the doorbells stop
ringing and the iconic greeting "Avon Calling" goes silent.
