Who Knew, I sure didn't :-) Take a break from the usual pancakes and whip up some of the recipes in this piece. I never could make pancakes very well, but there's a "How to Make Pancakes" video showing just how it's done which looks simple enough. Hey, kick things up a notch in the morning or even for dinner with pancakes...we have all month!
