National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day

I'm not making this up, it really is National Grilled Cheese Sandwich Day. Actually this is perfect because I got so wrapped up in a project, I forgot to put the chicken I bought this afternoon in the oven for dinner tonight. Oh well, many of my readers know that I love grilled cheese sandwiches so it's a no-brainer on dinner, Yum!
