Be mindful of your
posture when working on the computer at your workstation or desk. Try to keep from
slouching which can really take a toll on the back over time. It's easy to get involved in a project and end up spending hours at the laptop. Take short breaks to stretch & walk around to keep the back muscles from tightening up and help with circulation in your legs. A chair with good back support is a healthy idea.
