I like to use up veggies especially in stir fry meals. I've never tried my hand at making Quiche, but this food blogger has an easy recipe that yields a delicious dish. With the holidays near, many of us will be hosting guests, attending neighborhood potlucks and more. I can see this Quiche being served at brunch with your pals along with good coffee, tea, and chat. Mmmm!
