Many of us will not only host our own Christmas dinner, but will attend other family & friend holiday events as well. While most people have cutback on using a lot of seasonings in the dishes they are preparing especially salt, the best thing to do is taste the food on your plate first before automatically reaching for the salt & pepper shakers. There may be just enough seasoning and nothing needs to be added. One more thing, drink plenty of water with your meals to help
stay hydrated throughout the many gatherings you will attend.
