Here's a few tips to keep in mind as the New Year's Eve party plans begin to take shape =>Drive together to the event with friend's instead of meeting up there. It's safer to not walk alone. Also, carpooling to a house party helps to reduce so many extra cars parked on the neighborhood streets. Most important in planning for New Year's Eve celebrations is the "designated driver." This is a Must! Don't forget to pitch-in on gas for that driver's car.
