Now you know I am all about eating healthy and exercising. But we all get a craving for something salty & sweet like Fritos, chips & cookies. If you exercise and eat healthy on a regular basis, there is nothing wrong with eating a few snacks every once in awhile. The snack size bags are a great idea because they seem to have just enough in them to satisfy. Another idea is to pour some chips in a small bowl instead of eating from a BIG bag. Skip the guilt on those so-called unhealthy snacks, just eat them in moderation. I may be having my own
