If you start to notice that your usual routine for exercise is being thrown off due to other commitments, it may be time to tweak your workout schedule. It may only entail a change in days and times so that you don't miss exercising all together. Add an extra 15-20 minutes to your morning wake-up time to exercise. It sure will make you feel fresh and ready to take on the day. We can get busy with family obligations, working late, and other priorities. The key is to stick with exercising for a healthier You & Heart!

So true. If I don't start my morning with meditation and exercise, it's not going to happen! Well, the exercise might happen if I go to taekwondo class, but it won't happen on my own unless I do it first thing!
ReplyDeleteI have started exercising in the mornings which I enjoy better. Glad you've got a routine that works. Let's stay healthy!
ReplyDeleteI need to get busy...really! Hugs!
