Super story on his long career as a singer and actor. I have always adored his raspy voice. There's a photo gallery which includes a shot of him and Dr. King who were good friends. A couple of favorites are the film Carmen where he starred along with the beautiful Dorothy Dandridge and the 'Banana Boat Song' with the signature lyric Day-O.
