Really, I would have thought using a big fork would make a person grab more food. I like the results of the study especially if it makes us eat less. We may need to dash to the store for bigger cutlery ;-)

Snacking Tip

If you like snacks such as chips, fritos, pretzels, or popcorn, pour a moderate portion into a bowl instead of eating directly from the bag. This helps to keep you from eating too much especially if you are snacking while watching television. Once the bowl is empty, drink plenty of water to help quench your thirst after eating salty snacks.
