Good evening, I hope everyone had a nice day at work either at the workplace or home office. It's after 5 and many folks are commuting home. For those who work from home, keeping 9-5 hours is a good idea. Knock off at 5 o'clock and help the kids with homework, do some stretching, or start planning dinner.You can always jump back online later to check emails or do a little more work on that project.
It seems like the sunset is going down a bit later and daylight savings time begins on Sunday, March 11. We spring forward an hour at 2AM. One good thing on the extra daylight is getting out for an evening walk of exercise. Yep, I said it :-) The winter months tend to slack us off with walking due to the colder weather and early darkness. Get ready to lace up the tennis shoes for an evening walk with the family, neighbors or the dog. Be ready to walk your way to healthy. Have a wonderful week!
