It's March Madness

EmoticonThe temperatures in Atlanta today are expected to reach 80 degrees and across many states around the country. It's March Madness and in this case I'm not talking basketball, but weather. The temps for early March are maddening in a good way. We get eager to garden and plant something right. Hold up a bit, enjoy the temps for now.

If you like wearing sleeveless tops, start firming up those arms for a shapely look. Let March Madness be the month you workout those arms with 5-10 lb free weights. Do 3 sets to work the triceps, biceps, and shoulders. Eliminate that underarm jiggle with kickbacks. The neat thing about free weights is you can pick them up and do a 15 minute workout in no time flat. Can you do pushups? A great website for diet & fitness is Fitbie which also has workout videos.
