If you like wearing sleeveless tops, start firming up those arms for a shapely look. Let March Madness be the month you workout those arms with 5-10 lb free weights. Do 3 sets to work the triceps, biceps, and shoulders. Eliminate that underarm jiggle with kickbacks.
