Here is a delicious meal from the CBS Morning Show that looks very tasty. The chef used plantains which is a delicacy I have always wanted to try, but haven't yet. She also mentioned that the dish is a favorite in Puerto Rico where I imagine the food to be savory and flavorful. This is the ultimate Father's Day dish.
