Yes indeed and she is proving it. This story fascinates me because of my love for exercise and staying fit as possible. We all know our bodies slow down a bit as we age and that's just natural. However, eating right and doing some kind of exercise that keeps our body in motion is healthy at any age.
We may not find ourselves scaling Everest, but a good walk around the block comes in as a close second to her magnificent feat.
