Tight Food Budgets

I was saddened to learn the Angel Food Ministries has ceased operations and will no longer deliver food boxes. I understand from a news report that they plan to finish delivering the remaining food boxes that were already ordered for this month. They truly were a godsend for folks and helped to put food on the table for those in need. I am sure food budgets are tighter than ever and that's why leftovers should not go to waste. It's Thursday and close to the week's end which is a perfect time to raid the refrigerator and give any leftovers their last feast. A little imagination will make dinner a yummy delight. Try to use up everything as a way to save money and stretch those dollars.
