The 3 o'clock drag has set in and you have a couple more hours before getting off work. Here is an afternoon energy booster to keep you focused and alert until the end of the work day.
Munch on some peanut butter crackers that you can prepare at home and bring to work. Simply spread peanut butter on two saltine crackers and put them in a sealed plastic bag to keep in your desk drawer. The peanut butter is protein-rich and a much better choice than a candy bar. Skip the vending machine crackers which have a lot more processed ingredients that are no benefit to your health. Also, make sure you drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated. Now back to work!
