Exercise & Vitamin D

I am always looking for ways to sneak in exercise throughout the day. While out running errands today, I parked my car a distance away from the store for extra walking. I also got a good dose of Vitamin D from the sun. The health experts report that the sun is a good way to get it.

So, park your car a safe distance from your shopping or business appointments to get a good dose of exercise and Vitamin D.

  1. I always park way out there, too, and take the stairs - the kids used to groan but now they ask me to take them on walks - pretty cool!
