There are so many ways to exercise throughout the day while performing tasks indoors and outdoors. Are you doing any of these things listed below during the day? If so, you are exercising all parts of the body.

All these tasks utilizes your arms, legs, stomach muscles, glutes, and raises heart rate which are all good. So if you say to yourself that you had no time to get the gym, don't fret. You have been exercising all day, but you just didn't know it.
