Healthy Eating Tip
Take along at least two pieces of fruit for the day. For a mid-morning snack, eat a banana. When that mid-afternoon drag creeps in, eat an apple. Switch up the fruit varieties so you won't get bored. Also, cut up the fruits ahead of time for easy snacking at your desk or on the go. Stay Healthy!
